For those that don’t know what CrossFit is, it’s a combination of gymnastics and olympic weightlifting fully adjustable for all ages. If you want to improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, speed and more this is the right place for those that already know what CrossFit is I dont have to say more. You should give 192 CrossFit a try… very nice box fully equipped with experienced and nice trainners. Coaches Seth and Gina are devoted and ready to help you accomplish your goals. They offer 2 free classes so you can have a taste of CrossFit sport. I totally recommend it.
I’ve been an athlete all my life and pushing hard for a workout has never been a problem. But after having stopped team sports, I’ve found myself in a dry spell. I got a yearlong gym membership, which I’ve used for a total 3 months, and the occasions I do go, it’s difficult to push to levels I know I am capable of. Even when I do gather the energy to push hard at the gym, I’m usually so discouraged from soreness the next day that I end up staying home. Next thing I know, several weeks go by without working out.
At the introduction/insistence of a friend, I tried my hand at CrossFit. I was super intimidated prior to going to the gym but after my friend’s testimony at how effective the workouts are I decided, why not? After the trial classes, I knew I had to join. For everyone who is /was as intimidated by CrossFit as I was, come give CrossFit 192 a try and you’ll quickly change your mind. I love the friendly atmosphere of this gym where the members and trainers are all like family.
I’m an older guy who had a negative experience in another training facility. My experience at Crossfit 192 is completely different!
The atmosphere is extremely friendly, and the trainers are dedicated and attentive.They don’t stand around talking to each other, while you attempt to get their attention. Gina is the owner and is an angel. She is there for almost every session, and sometimes I even have two trainers!! My body has improved immensely in just 2 months!! I feel young again thanks to crossfit 192!!
A great place to workout. They make you feel like family here. Multiple trainers and detailed instructions are given for newbies and experienced crossfitters alike. This gym is not a huge gym but still fits most to all of the most common attributes that crossfit gyms have. I highly recommend joining and for those who are unsure, they let you try a class or two to get a feel for it. So bring a friend and try them out. Hopefully I’ll see you there!!
I had been searching for some type of gym/training to fit my needs, but didn’t really want to join ANY gym and have to pay extra for a personal trainer. Then I saw CrossFit 192 open up just down the block (talk about convenient!) and knew I had to check it out. I remember Gina and Seth being so nice and inviting from the moment I stepped in.
Before joining CrossFit 192, I participated in sports all my life and had been going to the gym religiously for the past 10+ years. Having previously been with the military for some time I thought that I was one of the fittest, nonprofessional athletes in America–everyday men and women with regular jobs.
It wasn’t until I heard of CrossFit, and then started doing the exercises that I realized how much strength I was lacking for even the most functional movements. I had only wished I’d found out about CrossFit before or even during the military, it’s definitely the best way to achieve a great level of fitness. And now that I’ve started I can’t imagine my life without it. CrossFit 192 is AWESOME! –

CrossFit 192 is awesome! The instructors are top notch. They are incredibly knowledgeable and great motivators. The hands on instructions are amazing. I get a super intense workout every time I go. The atmosphere is positive and everyone supports everyone. If you are looking for somewhere to become a better athlete you have found it. The experience and environment that CrossFit 192 can offer you is unmatched.
