CrossFit Group Classes
As a member at CrossFit 192 you will attend group classes which last one hour and begin with a warm-up and dynamic stretching.
After the warm-up there will be a strength or skill session where you will practice a movement or skill (deadlift, handstand, etc.). The last part of class will be the workout of the day or “WOD”. This is where we kick it up and get moving with the intense part of the workout.
The small group class environment will allow you to be coached through your entire workout so if you are unfamiliar with movements or form, a coach will be there to help. Check out the WOD tab for today’s workout.
