FREE class trial
We offer several CrossFit classes throughout the day. Our classes are done as a group, are coached by a certified CrossFit coach, are scaled to your individual ability and are one (1) hour long. If you are interested in trying CrossFit or would like to just check us out, we offer a free-class at CrossFit 192. You can either sign up online or simply show up ten minutes before a class. After trying the free classes, however, most people are converts: they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit would get them in the best shape of their lives, fast.
PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE MUST SIGN A WAIVER AND SHOW PHOTO ID! NO EXCEPTIONS! Your ID must be government issued and have your name, birthdate, and a picture – such as a Driver’s License or Passport. Please don’t make us the bad guys. Legally, we will have to turn you away without an ID.Register for free trial
The CrossFit Fundamentals Course is mandatory 6 class program for the individual who wants to train in our CrossFit group classes. During the one-hour class you will, along with other beginners, be working with a certified coach who will safely expose you to our movement curriculum in a small group setting. Movement techniques will be learned as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. Then each class will end with a workout involving the movements you were taught that class and previous classes. Following the completion of the Fundamentals Course, a certified coach will assess your fitness level and ensure that you are ready to safely transition into our CrossFit group classes.
We require all of our members to complete the Fundamentals Course (except those who can demonstrate that they have completed a similar program and/or have significant CrossFit experience at another CrossFit affiliate), so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes.
You must complete at least 6 Fundamentals sessions during your first month.
