At the introduction/insistence of a friend, I tried my hand at CrossFit. I was super intimidated prior to going to the gym but after my friend’s testimony at how effective the workouts are I decided, why not? After the trial classes, I knew I had to join. For everyone who is /was as intimidated by CrossFit as I was, come give CrossFit 192 a try and you’ll quickly change your mind. I love the friendly atmosphere of this gym where the members and trainers are all like family.
The trainers (Gina, Seth & Steve) are friendly, warm and just plain NICE! They will tailor your workouts to your individual needs and your level of fitness so beginners, don’t be scared! I’ve never been able to stick with any gym or particular sports for more than a month but I’ve been coming here for 2 months and I don’t intend to stop, in fact some days I look forward to going to the gym!
