Gina Jang – Owner/Coach
Gina is a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and also holds a certification in CrossFit Olympic Lifting. She was first introduced to CrossFit in 2011 by fellow coach Seth Pak and has not looked back since. She became CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in April 2012. Shortly after completing her certification, she began her CrossFit coaching at The Bay CrossFit in Flushing, New York. Gina has a passion for teaching others and helping them reach their health and physical fitness goals. She constantly strives to learn and improve herself in order to become a better coach and athlete. This drive is what led her to establish CrossFit 192 in late 2013.
Gina has a passion for involving herself in the CrossFit community, and encourages her members to do the same. She is constantly motivated and driven by those who are willing to challenge themselves mentally and physically. She finds great enjoyment in helping people reach their goals: whether it be learning the basics of fitness, being able to live and move functionally, or reaching their peak fitness.
