Seth was a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and also held a certification in CrossFit Olympic Lifting. Seth has been involved in athletics since childhood, participating mainly in swimming, running, and lifting weights. Seth is also an Army veteran having served with the 4th Infantry Division. After being discharged honorably from his military commitment Seth stumbled upon CrossFit after reading an article on a fitness magazine.
Seth is interested in many different aspects of Strength and conditioning to include: sport specific, Tactical/occupational, Olympic lifting, Strong man, endurance and nutrition.
